Materials and skills

The source specifies approximately 200 m of 3 mm polyester cord and a 4 mm hook, plus a compatible bag clasp, rings, handle fittings, chain with snap hooks, lining fabric, sewing supplies and other tools. Review the exact measurements and hardware notes before buying. Be comfortable with chain, slip stitch and single crochet, working rows and spirals, counting, sewing crochet pieces, embroidery, basic fabric sewing and fitting bag hardware.

Please know before you choose it

The designer labels the source beginner/intermediate. It includes sewing a fabric lining and fitting metal hardware, so it is not a first-crochet tutorial. The source’s example size is not guaranteed. Heat finishing and steaming appear in the source instructions; read the Start Here safety notes and follow the cord and tool makers’ instructions.
